Tadesse Hussein is an educator, the only certified Non-Violent Communication trainer in Uganda and he uses this powerful communication model in both his work and personal life. Hussein is a native Ugandan and speaks six local languages—He has twenty-five years of experience in working with schools and Education Non-government organizations. He is passionate about shaping the future that works for all through education.

Kagga Abdul has an in-depth understanding of the education system and business practices within Uganda. His key areas of experience are human resource development and management, board secretarial management, language and cross-cultural training, project planning and management, as well as school environment management. He holds a bachelor of arts in languages and a post graduate diploma in education.

Julius Mulindwa has many years of experience in financial management, accounting, auditing and provision of technical assistance on sub-grantee financial activities. He has experience working with both local and international NGOs as well as private sector entities. Julius is a certified public accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and Uganda and holds an MBA degree in Finance & Accounting. Julius has a passion to build the capacity of organizations through technical assistance to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to the lowest person.
