The Vision

Kassanda District creates a vision and plans for the future.

Tadesse has been leading workshops. The leaders of Kassanda district now have a clear, shared vision for all the schools in their district. They also worked with Tadesse to put that vision into a 5 year plan. One of the most exciting reasons Giraffe Educate Foundation can create sustainable change is the fact that they are a group of native Ugandans who have worked in the education sector for a long time. They spend time in classrooms, student homes and in district offices. They work in collaboration to deeply understand the problems and brainstorm solutions that will actually work and be sustainable. Leadership is excited to expand Giraffe Educations Foundations work with more schools spread around the district some day.
